My name is Sammie, I'm 20 years YOUNG and don't forget it. Young at heart, and young at mind...it sometimes gets me in trouble to be so naive and day dreamy, but its okay because I'm me. I attend the University of Rhode Island and I major in Psychology. My dream is to be a school psychologist and work with kids with special needs. Sometimes I wonder if I'd rather be a special needs teacher, but in my third year at URI, I think I'm sticking to my original plan.
I used to be really good at riding horses, but school has taken up priority in my life...Giving up something that has been a part of my life for ten years is probably the hardest thing I have ever done. However, I am happy to say I am slowly getting back into riding and hopefully will see my horse for the first time in three years sometime soon. I am in a sorority called Zeta Tau Alpha. I love so many of my sisters more than anyone can imagine, and it is quite the comedy of errors to be living in a house with 44 of them. I really don't think we fit the typical sorority stigma that everyone has stuck in their minds, I think we're all beautiful and amazing young women. I think rushing my sorority was the best thing that has happened to me at school thus far. By the way, I love my family more than anything. Mess with ANY of them, I will hurt you personally. If I can't hurt you, I have people who are big enough that will. ;) Sorry, I kind of have to say this, my full-blooded Italian personality makes me. So this is me in a nutshell... I wish I could tell you more, but I'm still trying to figure it all out.
